This page gives researchers, customers, editors, educators, and partners a responsible way to report website security issues, content corrections, product misuse concerns, and card-integrity education questions.
Reports should support safety, privacy, factual correction, and lawful inspection education. They should not request or provide live-game deception instructions.
What to report
- Website vulnerabilities, privacy issues, broken security headers, exposed secrets, checkout/contact form abuse, or suspicious automation.
- Incorrect product facts, feed inconsistencies, image rights concerns, policy ambiguity, or public content that could be misunderstood as misuse guidance.
- Card-integrity education concerns such as neutral incident documentation fields, replacement decisions, or safe escalation language.
How we handle reports
- Send reports to studio@phantom.example with a concise description, affected URL, reproduction steps if applicable, and preferred contact details.
- We aim to acknowledge actionable security or factual-correction reports within five business days.
- Public credit, hall-of-fame listings, or partnership claims are not promised and should not be implied without written agreement.
Out of scope
- Requests for hidden marking methods, reading techniques, cheating workflows, venue evasion, or compatibility with dishonest play.
- Automated scans that degrade service, social engineering, credential stuffing, spam, or attempts to access customer data.
- Claims that Phantom Gambling Devices is a regulator, casino security authority, certification body, or official investigation service.
