Pre-ordered systems or custom kits are subject to engineering calibration timelines. Estimated dispatch dates will be communicated directly, and we assume no liability for customs clearance or international courier delays.
4. Warranty and Returns: We accept returns for eligible unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to health and safety regulations, luminous contact lenses cannot be returned once their sterile seals are broken.
